Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, stable code. To ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities post-deployment, we operate under the following terms.

Immediate Void of Warranty

Our 3-month complimentary support is strictly based on the code authored by Soinech. If any internal developer, third-party agency, or outside team modifies, rewrites, or alters any part of our delivered codebase, this maintenance policy will expire instantly. We cannot be held responsible for system failures caused by external code changes.

Valid for 90 days following official handover, covering the original project scope:

If a technical issue or bug resolution requires more than the allotted 4 hours in a single month, **Soinech holds no further responsibility or liability** for its completion under the free plan. Issues exceeding this limit will be quoted separately as major technical overhead.
